Robot Rebuilder supports the Cybeq 6100 manipulator as well as the 2831 and model 3000 prealigners. These atmospheric systems use a cylindrical work envelope and have been used in inspection tools built for semiconductor manufacturers. It's manipulator has dual radial axe for material handling and some options utilize scanning devices for sensing.
