Equipe wafer handlers (Now Brooks/PRI) have been used for many atmospheric applications. These single arm systems are found in inspection tools and material management systems worldwide. Three axis manipulators provide a cylindrical work envelope and non-contact prealigners allow for precision placement. Robot Rebuilder supports ATM and ABM models as well as prealigners.
